     A: Our product ranges are: Aluminum door&window, Wooden door, Shower room and Sunroom.

     A: Our MOQ is 10 square meters in total, sample order is welcomed. 

4. Q: What is your terms of payment?
    A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery.
        Photos of production & packages will be provided before balance arrangement.

5. Q: Do you test all your goods before delivery?
     A: Yes, 100% inspection will be done before delivery, customer inspeciton or third-party inspection are welcomed as well.

6. Q: How long and how to get sample from us?
     A: 1) Existing material samples will be prepared in 1-3 days FREELY, then send by express that usually takes 3-7 days;
         2) Customized sample is available, please provide detail requirements with drawing in CAD or PDF format, we will make it accordingly within 15 days once details approved.
            Shipment time is depends on shipping way. Sample cost will be REFUNDED when bulk order placed.
